Within 5-10 business days of receiving the return confirmation email, you will receive the refund via the payment method used. However, if the payment for the order has been made with store credit, the refund can be processed through previous orders on your account and the corresponding payment methods used.
Returns that are registered through our website are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Returns that are not registered are processed within 3-4 business of receipt days due to the additional administrative action. You will receive the confirmation email after your return has been processed by our warehouse.
