Orders will automatically be combined into one package if you place a second order within a few hours. If your order has an order value of €70 or lower, the shipping costs are waived or you pay shipping costs only once - depending on the order value.
You can also merge orders yourself on the payment page, if this function is visible. If this function is not or no longer visible, then merging the orders is unfortunately no longer possible.
