I did not receive a track&trace, what now?

All orders can be followed by track&trace. If you placed an order on weekdays before 16:00 you will receive the track&trace the same day after 18:00 from the delivery service by email. We deliver within the Netherlands with PostNL and outside the Netherlands with UPS.

In case you did not receive the track&trace by email you can also find it on your MY PB. Account > Last order.
