Within the trial period of 14 days, an item can be returned or exchanged provided the item has the original packaging, with cards attached and is unworn.
We maintain the right to decline items that have been damaged or stained. Because of hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange beauty- and lifestyle products.

Then please treat the clothes with the same amount of love as we do and prevent staining and damaging while fitting and repacking. Think makeup stains, pet hairs and unpleasant odors. Together, we?l make sure that somebody else will be happy with the item.

PB. offers a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your PB account or future orders being refused.
